Doprava, doleva, rovn\u011b..V takov\u00e9 chv\u00edli nastupuje smutek, aby n\u00e1m dal \u010das, jednu etapu uzav\u0159\u00edt a za\u010d\u00edt znova. Je t\u0159eba se rozlou\u010dit a hledat nov\u00e9 c\u00edle, n\u011bkdy mo\u017en\u00e1 i nov\u00fd smysl \u017eivota. Smutek b\u00fdv\u00e1 bolestn\u00fd i o\u010distn\u00fd a pokud se v n\u011bm neutop\u00edme, tak prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd. Pokud n\u00e1s v\u0161ak pohlt\u00ed jako ba\u017eina, \u017ee u\u017e nen\u00ed mo\u017eno se nadechnout a pohnout, pak p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed deprese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depres\u00ed naz\u00fdv\u00e1me smutnou n\u00e1ladu trvaj\u00edc\u00ed nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u011b dlouho a nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u011b intenzivn\u011b. Nedok\u00e1\u017ee se radovat, m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt i my\u0161lenky na ukon\u010den\u00ed \u017eivota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deprese nemus\u00ed zvyknout jen n\u00e1sledkem t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 \u017eivotn\u00ed ud\u00e1losti. T\u011blesn\u00e9 stresory jako chronick\u00e1 bolest, t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 fyzick\u00e9 posti\u017een\u00ed, recidiva onkologick\u00e9ho onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 \u010dlov\u011bka \u201ezlomit\u201c. Depresi mohou zp\u016fsobit i n\u011bkter\u00e9 l\u00e9ky na t\u011blesn\u00e9 obt\u00ed\u017ee. Zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b star\u0161\u00ed lid\u00e9, kde je obvykl\u00e1 n\u011bkdy i \u201edivok\u00e1 sm\u011bska\u201c l\u00e9\u010div\u00fdch l\u00e1tek, mohou m\u00edt prosp\u011bch jen z \u00fapravy medikace, o \u010dem\u017e samoz\u0159ejm\u011b mus\u00ed rozhodnout l\u00e9ka\u0159.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U po\u010d\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed deprese je nejlep\u0161\u00ed volbou l\u00e9\u010dby psychoterapie. Psychoterapeut v\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee pomoci porozum\u011bt tomu, co se d\u011bje, obnovit \u017eeb\u0159\u00ed\u010dek hodnot a v\u00edru v okoln\u00ed sv\u011bt. V terapeutick\u00e9m vztahu byste se m\u011bli c\u00edtit naprosto bezpe\u010dn\u011b, abyste se mohli dostate\u010dn\u011b otev\u0159\u00edt a naj\u00edt znovu ztracenou s\u00edlu. Alkohol s\u00e1m o sob\u011b depresi vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1. Na chv\u00edli p\u0159ijde \u00faleva, po vyst\u0159\u00edzliv\u011bn\u00ed je v\u0161ak v\u0161e hor\u0161\u00ed a schopnost \u0159e\u0161it probl\u00e9my se vytr\u00e1c\u00ed. Sport jim navrac\u00ed ztracenou sebed\u016fv\u011bru a nadhled. \u017den\u00e1m pom\u00e1h\u00e1 zase pr\u00e1ce na zahrad\u011b, proch\u00e1zky, kontakt s p\u0159\u00edrodou. Nebojte se v t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch chv\u00edl\u00edch vyplakat, pod\u00edvejte se zp\u011bt, vyberte si z \u010d\u00e1sti, kter\u00e1 odch\u00e1z\u00ed, to co v\u00e1s napl\u0148uje radost\u00ed a rozhodn\u011bte se, kam d\u00e1l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Smutek je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 emoce, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1m pom\u00e1h\u00e1 rozlou\u010dit se a otev\u0159\u00edt n\u011b\u010demu nov\u00e9mu. Ov\u0161em jen, pokud ho pro\u017eijeme spr\u00e1vn\u011b, tedy se mu ani nebr\u00e1n\u00edme, ani se v n\u011bm neut\u00e1p\u00edme.
