Dnes bych r\u00e1da psala o pam\u011bti. Dne\u0161n\u00ed doba pam\u011bti moc nep\u0159eje. Na v\u0161echno u\u017e m\u00e1me z\u00e1znamn\u00edky, online kalend\u00e1\u0159e, pl\u00e1nova\u010de, blbn\u00edky, online encyklopedie a tak nen\u00ed nutn\u00e9 v\u0161echno nosit v hlav\u011b. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b, co se netr\u00e9nuje, to \u010dasem zakr\u0148uje a odum\u00edr\u00e1 a pam\u011b\u0165 to v\u011bt\u0161inou odn\u00e1\u0161\u00ed jako prvn\u00ed. A net\u00fdk\u00e1 se to dnes jen senior\u016f, jak by se mohlo zd\u00e1t. S pam\u011bt\u00ed maj\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee i star\u0161\u00ed d\u011bti, kter\u00e9 tr\u00e1v\u00ed \u017eivot online, vystresovan\u00e1 mana\u017ee\u0159i s p\u0159epln\u011bn\u00fdm kalend\u00e1\u0159em, lid\u00e9 s depres\u00ed \u010di jinou poruchou n\u00e1lady. Obecn\u011b v\u011bt\u0161ina du\u0161evn\u00edch nemoc\u00ed s sebou nese men\u0161\u00ed \u010di v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed poruchu pam\u011bti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e se na to pod\u00edv\u00e1me teoreticky, tak pam\u011b\u0165 je schopnost uchov\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, rekonstruov\u00e1n\u00ed a op\u011btovn\u00e9ho vybaven\u00ed minul\u00fdch zku\u0161enost\u00ed a informac\u00ed. Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed proces, kter\u00fdm se informace v mozku ukl\u00e1daj\u00ed, se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 z k\u00f3dov\u00e1n\u00ed, ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed, (zapom\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed) a vybaven\u00ed. Jednotliv\u00e9 slo\u017eky vzpom\u00ednky jako zvuk, v\u016fn\u011b, obraz nebo emoce jsou v mozku ulo\u017eeny v m\u00edst\u011b, kde se tyto zku\u0161enosti vytvo\u0159ily. Na\u0161e vzpom\u00ednky nejsou tedy ulo\u017eeny v jednom m\u00edst\u011b, ale jsou rozprost\u0159eny v r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech mozku. D\u00edky tomu jsou na\u0161e vzpom\u00ednky ulo\u017een\u00e9 trvaleji. Nepamatujeme si v\u0161echno, co se d\u011bje kolem n\u00e1s a to ani na nev\u011bdom\u00e9 \u00farovni. Mozek m\u00e1 vytvo\u0159en filtr, abychom si ukl\u00e1dali jen d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 vzpom\u00ednky. Aby se mohla pam\u011b\u0165ov\u00e1 stopa vytvo\u0159it, je t\u0159eba aby bylo spln\u011bno n\u011bkolik podm\u00ednek. Mus\u00edme b\u00fdt p\u0159i v\u011bdom\u00ed (krom\u011b sp\u00e1nku sem pat\u0159\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 po\u00farazov\u00e9 poruchy v\u011bdom\u00ed \u010di opilost) a mus\u00edme m\u00edt dostate\u010dn\u011b zam\u011b\u0159enou pozornost. Vzpom\u00ednky se l\u00e9pe ukl\u00e1daj\u00ed, kdy\u017e je pro n\u00e1s z\u00e1\u017eitek n\u011bjak emo\u010dn\u011b zaj\u00edmav\u00fd, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b opakovan\u00fd. Mus\u00edme m\u00edt v po\u0159\u00e1dku tak\u00e9 n\u00e1\u0161 hlavn\u00ed n\u00e1stroj, tedy mozek. Ke spr\u00e1vn\u00e9mu fungov\u00e1n\u00ed pam\u011bti je nutn\u00e9 pravideln\u011b a dostate\u010dn\u011b sp\u00e1t (informace se ukl\u00e1daj\u00ed v noci), dostate\u010dn\u011b a kvalitn\u011b j\u00edst (anorexie a nechutenstv\u00ed ve st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed pam\u011bti rozhodn\u011b neprosp\u00edv\u00e1) a tak\u00e9 zdr\u017eet se p\u0159\u00edli\u0161n\u00e9 konzumace alkoholu, n\u00e1vykov\u00fdch l\u00e9k\u016f (v\u011bt\u0161inou jde o l\u00e9ky na \u00fazkost) a drog (p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm marihuana vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 poruchy pam\u011bti a\u017e podobn\u00e9 demenci).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou poruch pam\u011bti ve st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed jsou takzvan\u00e9 degenerativn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed mozku, a tak\u00e9 b\u011b\u017en\u00e1 sta\u0159eck\u00e1 zapomn\u011btlivost, kter\u00e1 je d\u00e1na p\u0159irozen\u00fdm st\u00e1rnut\u00edm. Ve st\u0159edn\u00edm v\u011bku je nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou porucha soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed. V\u0161ude je p\u0159em\u00edra stimul\u016f a v chaosu se t\u011b\u017eko hled\u00e1, co si pamatovat a co ne. U d\u011bt\u00ed i dosp\u011bl\u00fdch pak krom\u011b r\u016fzn\u011b naru\u0161en\u00e9 pozornosti m\u016f\u017ee j\u00edt i o zleniv\u011bl\u00fd mozek. Biflov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u011bc\u00ed nazpam\u011b\u0165 m\u00e1 sv\u016fj v\u00fdznam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud v\u011b\u010dn\u011b n\u011bco hled\u00e1te, zapom\u00edn\u00e1te kl\u00ed\u010de, jm\u00e9na, n\u00e1kup v obchod\u011b, nev\u011b\u0161te hlavu. Mozek je neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u011b plastick\u00fd. V\u0161echno se d\u00e1 zp\u00e1tky vycvi\u010dit. Za\u010dn\u011bte mal\u00fdmi \u00fakoly.
